Rental Requirements & Terms

Your own insurance is required

We currently rent only to drivers who have their own valid insurance covering the proposed rental. A driver’s license and policy must be reviewed by our team. Uploading a document or submitting a request does not confirm eligibility or reserve a car.

Request, review and agreement

Select dates and a vehicle, submit documents, and wait for our team to confirm eligibility, availability and a complete quote. Before payment, you will be shown your individual rental agreement and asked to sign it electronically. The signed agreement and approved quote govern your rental.

Rates and payment

Catalog prices are daily base rates. Your approved quote lists the base rental and any applicable taxes, delivery charges or agreed extras. A 50% rental prepayment is collected after approval and signing; the balance is due at pickup. A separate $500 security deposit authorization is required at pickup. A card authorization is a hold; your bank controls how soon funds become available after release.

Cancellation, mileage and additional charges

Cancellation/refund terms, mileage allowance, fuel or charging requirements, extensions, late return, tolls, additional drivers and damage responsibilities are specified in your individual agreement before payment. Do not assume a discount, free delivery or replacement vehicle unless confirmed in writing.
